Hong Kong First Naam Yoga Weekend Retreat Led By Anastasia Williams

From 3 to 19 October, in a first for the city, The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong will host exclusive classes, one-to-one private therapy sessions, and a weekend retreat package, led by the renowned Naam Yoga and Harmonym Healing pioneer, Anastasia Williams. Anastasia pioneered the teachings of Naam Yoga and Meditation alongside Harmonyum Healing, bringing with her 20 years of extensive knowledge, practice and study.

Anastasia_6Naam Yoga & Meditation is a unique synthesis of yogic asana (movement), mudra (hand postures), breath, rhythm, stretching, acupressure and vocal vibration infused with Universal Kabbalah, the laws of nature that give an intelligent impact on the nervous system, brain and heart. Suitable for people of all ages and abilities, Naam Yoga reduces anxiety and depression, and slows down the ageing process.

Group Shakti Naam Yoga & Meditation Masterclass Series 

The series of classes aims to boost longevity, revitalise the physicality, increase mental clarity, integrate emotional and creative energies, and strengthen people’s magnetic field.
