Coconut milk & mixed fruits dessert

One glass packed with super seeds and super fruits (Kiwis, Apples & Raspberries)

Chia seeds are tiny and super nutritious:

• Excellent source of fiber, improving digestion

• Packed with Omega-3 fatty acids, promoting the health of the brain

• Good source of calcium, phosphorus, and manganese strengthening bones and teeth

• Rich in protein

• Zero cholesterol

• Improves blood pressure in diabetics and also increases healthy cholesterol

Often called “miracle liquid”, coconut milk is among the inflatable slide healthiest foods with coconut water and coconut oil. It promotes a high immune system defenses, prevents joints inflammation, helps lower cholesterol levels and improves blood pressure.

A diet rich in fruits helps to maintain optimum health.



1 tsp Chia seeds, 4 tsp coconut milk, 1 tsp finely diced 1 tsp finely diced kiwis, apple sauce, handful raspberries, handful toasted coconut flakes.
